We'll use our reasonable best efforts to remind you about unused hours, but we STRONGLY recommend you book your lessons as far into the future as possible, it is your policy. Cancellation policy: tutoring sessions must be cancelled with minimum 24 hours notice (your spot represents a block of time that could go to another student). Thank you for understanding! :)
